Interactive Animation
Using Flash technology, I can create in-depth animated websites. And if desired, these animations can be very user-interactive, where different actions or further animations will occur based upon the user's selected inputs. This can be anything from something practical (such as a map or assembly instructions), or something whimsical and fun (such as a a video game).
The Flash technology I use, unless otherwise explicitly needed, is Flash version 4.0. The reason I use this version so exclusively, is because virtually all web-browsers from 1997 to today come already bundled with the Flash player 4.0 or higher. Thus all browsers from 1997 on readily accept this, without requiring the user to download or install any "plug-ins" or "updates". While newer browsers come with newer versions of the Flash player pre-bundled, they are always backwards compatible. So that means for example, if a newer browser has the Flash 6 player already installed, it can play Flash6, Flash5, Flash4, Flash3, Flash2, and even Flash1 movies. But someone with only a Flash4 player cannot play a Flash6 movie, without first downloading a new plug-in and "updating" their browser.
