Trouble Shooting and Repair

For local clients, I can trouble shoot and/or repair most computer problems, either hardware or software, on either PC or Macintosh.

Often a problem that may at first seem catastrophic, will turn out to be a simple, easy and painless fix. Once the problem has been fixed, most others would just stop working then and there. However, I continue to go further to try to determine why the problem was caused in the first place, then after figuring out the most likely cause, implement steps to avoid any re-occurrence of that same problem again in the future.
